About the strip.
A pharmaceutical-grade dissolvable film, ~24mg, that delivers 500mcg of BPC-157 sublingually. The film is made of pullulan — a plant-derived polysaccharide widely used in pharmaceutical-grade carriers — and it dissolves on or under the tongue in roughly 30 seconds.
Place one strip flat on or under your tongue. Do not chew, swallow, or wash down with water. Let it dissolve fully (~30 seconds). For best uptake, avoid eating or drinking for 5 minutes after. Take daily, ideally at the same time each day. Most athletes prefer mornings or post-training.
Mild mint, very lightly sweet. We use natural mint extract and stevia leaf — no synthetic sweeteners, dyes, or artificial flavoring.

The mechanism.
BPC stands for Body Protective Compound. It is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a sequence found in human gastric juice — a fragment of a larger naturally-occurring protein. The compound has been studied for its role in supporting tissue recovery signaling, particularly in tendon and ligament repair contexts.
Sublingual delivery via the strip bypasses first-pass metabolism — the liver pass that destroys most peptides taken orally — while removing the friction, sterility risk, and lifestyle compromise of a daily injection. Bioavailability is ~70–80% (versus ~5–15% oral capsule, ~95%+ injection).
